I Think Sullivan is a wolf in Sheeps clothing out for his own best interest like the Pastors in my own small town in the Mid-west, so very sad f___ the woman & speaking the word. Getting money for the ministry go figure? He's very entertaining if that's what he's going for? It works for him (smile)

Backstory: Celia and Sullivan started off strong when he came to propose the "S*** Highway" and attempted to seduce her, as she was on City Council. They got into a romantic relationship during the third season, but when he began cheating with Nancy, the relationship fell apart when she came in upon them having sex. She turned against him and eventually rented the house he gave her to Nancy and her associates for their Growhouse.

Backstory: After U-Turn suggested she take a real job, Nancy was able to get work as Sullivan's assistant. For most of her tenure she endured his cat-calls and unveiled advances until she, getting desperate with a lack of a man in her life, decided to have sex with him. However, not loving him, she disappeared, quitting her job, though not before Celia decided to take revenge against her for destroying her relationship.
