About Doug: --Doug, the father of four kids, is known as councilman Doug. He is an unethical accountant that lives in a state of ecstacy as he takes advantage of smoking weed and popping pills. Currently, he considers himself "former councilman Doug" as he lost his position during the Majestic/Agrestic merger. Doug has had relations with Celia Hodes and is currently living the "don't care" lifestyle since his wife found out about the adultery and was publicly embarassed.
