Devloper Sullivan Groff (Matthew Modine,)courts members of City Council and lobbies to let neighboring town Majestic run it's sewer lines through Agrestic. Uncle Andy gets a taste of the adult industry, Celia gets a broken heart and revenge, Silas gets a new girl (Mary-Kate Olsen,) and Shane gets psychic abilities. Season 3 of Weeds ends with a blazing finale.
