She wears them constantly but the last time I can recall her wearing them was with the purple dress when she crosses the border for the first time as a test - can anyone tell me the designer of the shoes? Thanks. Do you find this valuable?

She also wears them in Season 3, Episode 5 when U-Turn drops off the heroin. Do you find this valuable?
