If for some reason...you get a stinky batch, (or it goes in a pool) you actually soak it in cold water, only do it 5 or 10 minutes. Let it dry in the sun on newspaper, takes maybe and hour or two. Put it in anything air tight with a piece of fruit, like a slice of lemon and within a few hours it will be ready....for whatever it is you do with it....and it loses nothing but the harsh chemicals. KronikPimpSmoke KronikPimpSmoke	RE: The Pool Scene Mar 31 2008, 3:33 AM EDT might wanna check your memory....i've read quite a few books on hydroponic growing and "The botony of marijuana" written in 1979---never did i read that bathing buds in pools or a tub for that matter was good/increase potency another myth....potency can only be :increased" through breeding genetics(kinda not really,won't explain that here)but curing,proper curing Can actually increase potency like wine....none of the afore mentioned involves soaking plants in water to increase potency unless it's the water growing them Post reply 1 out of 3 found this valuable. bewildered_ronin	RE: The Pool Scene Apr 3 2008, 6:20 PM EDT Aye. The chlorine was the first thing that came to my mind. The moisture can be fixed by leaving it out. I like to put some fruit in (just a very small amount) to keep a low moisture level. If it's too dry, it just burns up too quick and you waste some of the bud, IMO. But don't add too much moisture or else you'll get mold! Anyways, yeah, crop ruined. U-Turn and the Armenians wanted the pot to be ready right then. The water and chlorine ruined that possibility. It would even remove chlorine...It removes harsh chemicals we don't need. Two weeks of flushing is what is really needed if you use commercial, but organic fetalizers don't need flushed at all I learned this year.
